Drake stakes $1.3M in Bitcoin on the Super Bowl

“All bets are on the family,” Drake adds, putting his faith in Rams wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

When he’s not running through the six with his issues, Drake spends his time wagering more than a million dollars in Bitcoin (BTC) on Super Bowl matches.

The Grammy winner recently revealed that he wagered $1.26 million in BTC on the forthcoming Super Bowl match between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams.

The rapper placed almost $471,000 for the Rams to win the game, including overtime, on the cryptocurrency sports betting platform Stake. Drake also praised the Rams’ Odell Beckham Jr., who is a wide receiver. The singer bet $392,000 on Beckham receiving more than 62.5 yards and another $392,000 on the wide receiver scoring more than 0.5 touchdowns at any moment.

“All bets are on the family,” Drake tweeted. “It’s time,” Beckham replied to the message. Charles James, a Bengals fan and football veteran, reacted to this. “You just confirmed it!” says the narrator. Hello, my name is Cincinnati! For the win, burrow. Make a reasonable phone call.”

Odell Beckham Jr., a football player, teamed with Cash App a few months ago and declared that he will take his NFL pay in BTC while also promising to gift $1 million in BTC to his followers. The player’s earnings are expected to increase to $4.25 million in 2021. A sports analyst, on the other hand, claimed that Beckham was losing money due to the recent stock market meltdown and high taxes.

Meanwhile, fans attending the Super Bowl’s return to Los Angeles on February 13 will get limited-edition nonfungible tokens from the National Football League. The NFT will memorialise game day by providing a personalised digital keepsake that includes the attendee’s unique section and row.
